By purchasing an item from Little Kitty Creations (EquinoxKitty), the buyer is agreeing to these Terms of Service.
General
The buyer must be 18 or older.
I do not offer commission slots.
All payments are discussed in USD (United States Dollar). Payments are made via Stripe or Etsy Payments. I do not take Paypal.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds are only allowed if the item is returned in its original condition.
All products are sold as-is.
No product will be perfect. By purchasing from me, the buyer understands that any product from me is expected to have reasonable minor errors.
I have the right to refuse a refund or return if I deem that damages were due to negligence from the buyer.
Damages done by shipping will not be refunded. All shipments are insured for the default amount ($50), unless the customer wishes to pay for a higher dollar amount of insurance.
The buyer is entitled to a 100% refund minus shipping and handling, as long as an undisclosed major flaws are found in 24 hours of being delivered. If these flaws are disclosed, then this refund is null and void. Please read the full description of any item before purchasing.
[For Premades] Recommended sizing will be provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and know what will fit them. All premades are sold as is. No modifications will be made.
Extensive pictures will be taken of the product before it is shipped to ensure that any damages discovered upon arrival were caused by shipping or other outside forces.
To reiterate: purchasing guilt is not cause for a refund, unless it is due to flaws on my end that were not disclosed. I will have extensive photos so customers will know exactly what they are purchasing.
Personal Use and Warranty
Once a suit is out of my workshop, I am not responsible for the actions of any person dressed or in possession of Little Kitty Creations suits.
It is impossible and unreasonable to expect me to background check every person who purchases from my shop. As such, I will say this: Little Kitty Creations is not affiliated with customers other than by a purely business and impersonal transaction. Any person wearing a Little Kitty Creations suit is accountable for their actions and we do not condone unacceptable or descpicible behavior.
Little Kitty Creations offers a six-month warranty on finished fursuit heads/masks only, which would include premade (made-to-order) fursuits or customs. We do not offer a warranty on foam bases, fursuit parts, or other miscellaneous items. During this time, Little Kitty Creations covers:
- Popped seams or other damages caused by regular wear
- Accidental tears or holes
- Or other issues from my end (such as a faulty eye)
Little Kitty Creations does not cover
- Wear or damage deemed to be from irresponsible wearing
- Suits that have been used/stained in adult activities
- Suits that have been worked on by other makers
To be clear: adults can use their product from Little Kitty Creations however they desire. Understand that Little Kitty Creations will not allow any suits back in the workshop that have been used in adult activites (including smoking cigarettes or marujana).

Repairs and Damages
Damages to the suit done by shipping can be repaired depending on the damages, which will be determined upon photos. If it is deemed unrepairable, I will offer video assistance on how to repair it yourself or refer you to an experienced maker who may be able to help further.
Shipping of the suit back and forth, extra materials, and time will be paid by the buyer. The cost will depend on the extensiveness of damages.
I have the right to refuse repairs on suits that I deem are cause of negligence and poor care, or if I simply do not have time in my schedule to fix the suit within a requested time frame.
The buyer must wash their suit before they send it to me for repairs. Little Kitty Creations will not work on suits that have stains from bodily fluids or smoke smell.
Payment and Shipping
I do NOT accept payment plans.
The buyer will pay the full cost of the suit and shipping as one total payment.
Any additional fees, such as customs fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.
The item will be shipped out after the funds have been fully paid, either via invoice or on my shop.
Chargebacks or unwarranted refunds are cause for legal action. If you have a problem with one of my suits, please contact me first. Additionally, inappropriate behavior will result in blacklisting.
Fursuit Care and Allergies
ALLERGEN WARNING: possible cat and dog allergens. No animals are allowed into my workspace, but I do cohabitate with dogs and cats.
I am not responsible for any allergic reaction from the fursuit due to dust, animals, etc.
Fursuits may be washed using Arm-and-Hammer detergent. Be mindful if you are allergic to this detergent and wash with care.

Liability
I am not responsible for any bodily damages or harm you may experience while wearing one of my suits. Please keep in mind that staying hydrated, taking breaks, and keeping cool is essential to avoiding heat stroke or dehydration.
Additionally, the wearer’s vision can be significantly blocked in a fursuit, which is normal. Please take extra care to be aware of your surroundings.
Copyright and Usage
I reserve the right to use my artwork and creations for marketing.
I reserve the right to post photos of my artwork and creations for any reason.
The buyer agrees to credit my work and will not claim my work as their own.
The buyer will not use my work as a reference or attempt to copy/recreate my work.
Claiming my work as your own, copying my work, and attempting to recreate my work is copyright infringement and will be dealt with in the court of law.
Personal Information
Personal information regarding the buyer’s address and name will be kept for legal formalities after the suit is shipped and kept safely in my records. It shall never be disclosed to any person or company UNLESS there is a legal issue or payment dispute with a payment method. These records can be destroyed upon request after 6 months.
The buyer agrees to never disclose my own personal information (address, full legal name, etc) with anyone for any reason. Please respect my privacy! Thank you!
Scamming, Defamation, Harassment
Any attempts to scam, defame, or harrass me will void any entitlement the buyer has to their refund and further legal action may be considered.
Any person claiming a work of mine is their own will be blacklisted. Legal action will be considered. Please respect my work!
Unwarranted chargebacks will result in legal action and blacklisting.
Further inappropriate behavior will result in blacklisting, and yes, legal action will be considered.
